Inzuzu IT provides the entire spectrum of TECHNOLOGY LIFECYCLE SERVICES pertaining to ICT (Information and Communication Technology) service requirement. We have demonstrated that we can successfully manage massive and complex ICT solutions that support the public sector and large private sector corporates, however remote the location may be.
The old adage of ‘fail to plan = plan to fail’ was never truer than for the ICTI industry. It is with this as backdrop that Inzuzu IT takes project planning seriously.
All Service Delivery is undertaken within the bounds of a formal project plan - agreed to, and signed-off by all parties - to manage resources and bring about specific project goals and objectives. Activities on the project plan also include change management, configuration management, quality management, training and skills transfer.
Project Delivery Lessons Learnt
We retain records of each project undertaken to avoid reinventing the wheel. Every time a new project is undertaken, we are able to lookup records of previous projects and build on lessons learned. The outcome is simply a more professionally managed project than would have been possible without the inherent knowledge of past projects.
Project Management is a mature discipline guided by best practices. Inzuzu IT subscribes to two best practices in project management – PRINCE2 from the UK and PMBOK from the Project Management Institute (USA). Our project managers undergo formal training in one or the other
Project Quality Assurance
This hinges on the Project Quality Plan; a set of activities planned at the beginning of the project, focused on achieving the clients’ quality expectations. These activities are defined on the basis of international quality standards.
